Zsófi is the founder of NOVA who has successfully run her own businesses and experienced in strategic marketing leadership for more than 15 years. She advocates for female-led brands with the mission of developing a holistic and uplifting mentoring hub based on 5000+ hours of entrepreneurial studies and business mentoring hours of communication strategies and tools. She aims to help and connect as many women as possible with the resources they need to grow their brands.

Maja is a customer success and experience leader with 15+ years of leadership experience. She is an advocate for talent-based learning journeys and mindfulness in business growth.
With her 1200+ coaching and 500+ hours of learning method studies, Maja is an ICF certified PCC transformational coach focusing on vision, strengths-based skill learning and both personal and brand wellbeing.
Her mission is holding empowering and collaborative community learning spaces for women to build their own dream businesses.
